Part 1 of this module is geared for participants at a more senior level in their office, who have some influence on the office culture, processes and systems. It should follow Module 4, Part 1 session1 and material in the core content sheet Focus on use and users. Reference is made to the need to focus on use of M&E in managing individual activities. The focus in this session however is on institutional factors influencing use. The emphasis is on translating this into concrete changes that can be made at the level of a country office. OBJECTIVES
